We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in our business.


Job Description:
Ideal Senior Sales Representative candidates are sales-driven, fearless, energetic, eager to lead the team by example and confident. Reporting to the Sales Manager they will They will identify and secure new clients for our services, quoting and accurately entering sales orders, ensure close communication with other junior, mid and senior sale associates, work closely with the marketing department and ensure sales goals and targets are acquired.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the risk mitigation, KYC data, compliance, and fraud prevention industry
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure retention and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and by participating in educational


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the risk mitigation, KYC data, compliance, and fraud prevention industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends, developments, and best practices
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
